Delivery
All “ready to ship” products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

All orders for our products are processed and shipped within 10-15 business days, see each product card for details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping may be delayed for a few days if there are a large number of orders. Please allow extra days for shipping. If the shipment of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Lost/stolen packages
moth-doll.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

Return request days

Out of stock item process

Return policy

Returns
Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 30 days to 60 days.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
