Description
This black and white moth doll is a one-of-a-kind soft sculpture with bold wings and a fluffy white body. Its high-contrast design feels graphic and dramatic, while the soft fur gives it a gentle, cozy character. Black legs and feather antennae add to its unusual look.
I make each moth doll by hand using faux fur, polymer clay, polyester fiberfill, wire, and feathers. The wings are not painted. I build each pattern by hand from polymer clay in different colors. This creates durable color and makes every moth unique.
The soft body keeps its shape with a firm inner core. You can gently reposition the legs to change the doll’s pose. A strong hidden magnet inside the body lets the moth attach securely to metal surfaces such as a lamp, fridge, or car dashboard. A self-adhesive steel plate is also included for places without a magnetic surface.
This handmade moth is more than a plush toy. It is a small art doll with a strong visual character. Display it on your desk or shelf, or give it as an unusual gift to someone who loves moths, bold design, or handmade art.
