This is one of two moths I ordered as my first purchase, so the reviews will be similar.
The order process was very comfortable, fast and had a great line of communication with the option for feedback if I had any — this also means that I received some beautiful pictures of the dolls before they shipped. They were also packaged well to be safe during transit.
The doll itself is darling beyond words. It’s just as beautiful as you see in the pictures and the craftsmanship is masterful. All the details are sharp and well-executed, whether it’s the wing pattern or all of the little leg segments. This is a doll that absolutely gets better the closer you look at it. If you like me enjoy moths because you find joy in looking at a cute, small, fuzzy creature and getting to see all of the little details on their bodies, this will hit that spot.
The magnet grips well, so you can get really creative in how you place them. And while I treat it delicately, the doll feels sturdy and well-constructed.
The pictures are also true to color, so the color palette is just as nice once you have it in front of you. I adore the way all of the colors are spread out across the doll, with the subtle pink on the torso matching the vibrant pink on both the wings and legs. It’s a design that feels well-thought-out and intentional. The way the grey blends into the pink on the wings is also particularly nice to look at. And the transition of the colors on the torso and head is done just right.
